– Did a good mornings work cleared the music room and cooked stew. Nick & Gary played golf and then came to
lunch. Paid papers £4.37½ .

– Had day off very sunny morn had 18 hole with Nick, he did 118 I did 170. Nice stew for dinner. Decided to get an 8-track cartridge, cheap
one. Ali beat Frazier yesterday 12
rounds. Good fight.

Sally going to Ashurst to Phylis Smith took her freesias.

– In morn had English & Maths both good.
After break had Jones for Phys-Chem.
After dinner had French, Latin, Div[inity]. Had great game of football lost. Salley left to friends in Brnmth. Nick went back to his room. Very nervous about Saints away to A Villa
